Picture books dealing with the difficult subjects of sudden death & bereavement, told in words small children can understand.

Aged three, Alex experienced of the sudden death of his father. These books were the passion project of Alex’s mother Elke, explaining answers to difficult questions children ask after a loved one has died. My illustrations were nominated for the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal 2014.
